Our workshop is on 19th Main Road in Garden Layout, Sector 2, HSR Layout. It's a short drive from Koramangala, Bellandur and Sarjapur Road.
You can walk in during opening hours for a free check. If you're coming in for a bigger job, such as a MacBook screen or an iPad display, send us a message before you leave so we can confirm the part is in stock for your model.

Doorstep Service and Free Pickup
If you can't come to us, we'll come to you. Doorstep service and pickup and drop are free across HSR Layout, Koramangala, Bellandur, Sarjapur, Electronic City, JP Nagar, Indiranagar, Whitefield, Marathahalli, Hebbal and nearby areas.
Many repairs can be finished at your home or office. Board repairs and liquid damage need the tools in our workshop, so for those jobs we take the device with us and bring it back once it's fixed and tested.
Before You Hand Over Your Device
Back up your data if the device still turns on, to iCloud or to a computer.
For a charging problem on a MacBook or iPad, bring the charger and cable you normally use. Sometimes the fault is in the charger, not the device.
Keep a wet device switched off and unplugged until we've looked at it.

Can I get a price over the phone?
Yes, for most common repairs we can give you a range on the phone or on WhatsApp. The exact price comes after the free check, and you approve it before any paid work starts.
Do you charge for pickup and drop?
No. Pickup and drop are free anywhere in Bangalore.
Are you open on Sundays?
Yes. We're open 9 am to 6 pm on Sunday, and 9 am to 8 pm from Monday to Saturday.
Do I need an appointment to walk in?
No, you can walk in during opening hours. For bigger jobs, a quick message first lets us check that the part for your model is in stock.
Is this Apple's official support line?
No. iProduct Repair is an independent repair workshop and is not authorised by Apple. For warranty or AppleCare+ claims, please contact Apple directly.
