About iProduct Repair
iProduct Repair is a small, independent Apple repair workshop in HSR Layout, Bangalore. Govind, the owner, has been repairing Apple devices in this city since 2014, and the way the shop works still follows his habits: find the real fault, quote it plainly, and fix it properly.
In 12 years the workshop has handled more than 5,000 iPhones, MacBooks, iPads, iMacs and Apple Watches. Some arrived with nothing worse than a cracked screen. Others came in after another shop had already written them off.
This page explains who we are, how we work and where our limits are, so you know what to expect before you hand over your device.
Who We Are
Our repair work is focused on Apple devices: iPhone, MacBook, iPad, iMac and Apple Watch. Working on one family of devices all day means we know where each model tends to fail, we keep the right parts on the shelf, and we usually find the problem faster.
We are not an Apple authorised service provider, and we have never claimed to be. You'll find that line at the bottom of every page on this site. In practice it means three things for you. Our prices are usually lower. We can repair a single component that is often replaced as a whole part elsewhere. And we are open about exactly which parts we fit.
Four principles. No surprises.
We diagnose before we quote
The part that looks broken isn't always the problem. An iPad that won't charge is often just a port packed with lint, and a MacBook that won't switch on may need one small part on the board, not a new board. So every job starts with a check, and the check is free.
You hear the price first
Before any paid work starts, we tell you the fault, the repair we recommend, the price and how long it will take. The work begins only once you agree.
We repair the component when we can
On MacBooks and iMacs we repair the failed component on the logic board instead of replacing the whole board. That's the difference between a repair that starts at ₹4,500 and a new board at ₹35,000 or more.
We tell you when not to repair
If your device is still covered by Apple, or the repair would cost more than the device is worth, we'll say so. We'd rather lose the job than have you find out later.

What We Repair
iPhone: screens, batteries, charging ports, Face ID, cameras, speakers and water damage
MacBook Air and Pro: screens, batteries, keyboards, trackpads, logic boards and data recovery
iPad: full screens, glass-only repairs, batteries, charging ports, speakers and Wi-Fi faults
iMac: display panels, SSD and RAM upgrades, power faults and restart problems
Apple Watch: screens, batteries, charging and buttons

Parts and Warranty, Explained Plainly
We fit high-quality compatible parts chosen for your exact model. Because we're independent, we don't describe them as Apple parts, and we explain the part option and its warranty before the repair starts.
Eligible screen and battery replacements carry up to 12 months of warranty on the part and the labour. Chip-level board repairs have shorter cover, usually 3 months. Your invoice states the exact terms for your repair, so there's nothing to remember or argue about later.
Our Workshop in HSR Layout
You'll find us at #1779, 19th Main Road, Garden Layout, Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bengaluru 560102. It's a short drive from Koramangala, Bellandur and Sarjapur Road. We're open 9 am to 8 pm Monday to Saturday, and 9 am to 6 pm on Sunday.

Are you an authorised Apple Service Center?
No. We're an independent repair workshop and not authorised by Apple. We say this openly on every page, and we never describe our parts as Apple-authorised parts.

Do you only repair Apple devices?
Our repair work is focused on iPhone, MacBook, iPad, iMac and Apple Watch. If you have something else that needs fixing, call us first and ask.
How do I know the price won't go up?
You approve the price after the free check and before any paid work starts. That's the price on your invoice.
Can I buy a device from you as well?
Yes. We sell pre-owned MacBooks, iPhones, iPads and Apple Watches, and new MacBook Pro models. Stock changes often, so message us on WhatsApp to check what's available.
